I'm Brad Buss. I've spent three decades in B2B and enterprise software sales across 12+ companies, from startups to public companies. I've built sales teams, designed go-to-market strategies, and closed deals from $50K to $6M.

I launched Buss Commercial Strategy because I kept seeing the same problem: talented founders with great products and no systematic way to sell them. I work as a fractional VP of Sales or strategic advisor, building the sales infrastructure that lets founder-led companies scale past the point where every deal depends on the founder.
